Throne of Blood first met In Fields back in 2012 before taking over Room 3 at Fabric in London. After years of correspondence the stars finally aligned during lockdown and the AD EP took shape. Featuring three originals and a dancefloor focused remix from Deewee mainstays Each Other (Justin Strauss & Max Pask), the EP was mastered by NYC underground legend and My Rules boss, Justin Vandervolgen.

From In Fields: “I love music that is between places. That has a tension between two things that I don't attempt to resolve, just enjoy the tension. Between man and machine; a human hand detectable in the live instruments, mistakes and first-takes, but also very much made by machines. I like to let them both run and see which comes out on top. Music for the ears and the feet; that pleases you with constant surprises, but also has enough repetition to make you want to dance. Music for two audiences; that can stand alone to please one listener, but also can be lost in a thousand different listeners' nights in countless different sets and become five lost minutes of a much longer story, heard a thousand way by a thousand different people.”
